Bucket List Road in Cape Town

Love a quick road trip? All Capetonians know that there is no better Sunday afternoon drive than that of Chapman’s Peak. 

This winding road features 114 twists and turns, offering up the most incredible views of the cliffs and ocean alike. Affectionately known a ‘Chappies’, the toll road is a gateway between Cape Town city centre, the South Peninsula and the Cape Point Route. 

Recently, this beautiful route received an accolade we all agree wholeheartedly with. Big 7 Travel named Cape Town’s very own Chapman’s Peak Drive as the 40th most scenic route in the world on their list of 50 epic drives.
